OSB Community Bank has established a Privacy Policy which applies to current financial products and services as well as to those serviced in the past. As your bank, you have chosen to trust us with non-public personal information.

OSB Community Bank will not disclose any non-public personal information except under the following circumstances:

1. The information is disclosed in the normal course of business to a Credit Bureau or other Credit Reporting Agency;
2. The information is required to be disclosed by law or governmental regulation;
3. The information is released to a third party as a result of a direct request from or consent of a customer.

OSB Community Bank has established internal operating procedures designed to safeguard this non-public information from any unauthorized release. OSB Community Bank reserves the right to change or modify the Privacy Policy at any time. In the event the Privacy Policy is modified, notification will be made to all whom may be affected by those changes.
